Who We Are

THE HISTORY
Habakkuk 2:2 tells us to “write the vision and make it plan on tablets, that he may run that readeth it.” Interfaith International Fellowship Inc., was founded in 2016 by Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Burton, Presiding Bishop, based on a vision our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ gave him. “to be a Surrogate Leader to the messengers and Pastors of the mission for the churches throughout this country who are standing alone, small in membership, women in ministry, the elderly and to empower the youth of our society. With the purpose of effectively doing the missionary work and carrying out the work of Christian Education, and for the promotion of any kind of Christian Benevolent or charitable work that we may see further to do: and for the purpose of maintaining the unity of our faith and practice, ordaining and establishing ministry. Interfaith International Fellowship Inc. is a non-profit organization under a 501(c) 3 status. This ministry was formed to minister to the religious and spiritual needs of all the people in the community as well as to all people from all walks of life. This ministry is incorporated as a non-profit religious corporation to meet the needs of the community through worship services and teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which create good and productive citizens.
ABOUT THE PRESIDENT
Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Burton, Presiding Bishop
The Reverend Dr. Nathaniel Burton, is a husband, Father, and Grandfather. He has served as Senior Pastor of Second Chance Worship Center for 18 years. He served as Arkansas State Bishop in Interfaith Ministries of San Diego, California for 20 years. He have attended Colorado Technical College, Good Faith College, University of Arkansas and Arkansas Christian College. He has earned an Associate Degree, a Bachelor Degree, a Master’s Degree, and a Doctoral Degree. He is an Entrepreneur and also a Director at Vera Lloyd Children Home. Dr. Burton’s vision for IIF is to unite God’s people to positively impact the community in order to advance the Word of God throughout the world, by building, equipping, empowering, and connecting the people of God for the Kingdom.
This ministry is redefining the way ministry is done in America. We believe that the body of Christ is too diverse and too dynamic to be defined by our traditional ways of thinking. We believe that as a ministry we are to be open to the various needs of society. Our non-traditional approach to ministry is what makes our history distinct from the rest. Our worship services are always open to the public and as time passes more and more people will become connected to us and join us in preaching the gospel, winning the lost and making disciples, which is what Jesus taught his disciples to do in order to establish the “Ministry” (Matthew 28).
